Business services are supported by Sunflower Broadband's priority service agreement.
If you're having trouble with any Sunflower Broadband service, call our Customer Service number at (785) 841-2100 ( in Tonganoxie, Basehor, Linwood and Leavenworth County call (800) 869-1214 ).
Calls regarding trouble outside the coverage areas or escalation of troubles may be made directly to your sales representative with the numbers he/she has provided. Our representatives may be able to assist you over the phone; if not, they will schedule a service call to your business. Service calls are generally scheduled from 8-5pm Monday through Friday, but technicians are on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Sunflower Broadband service technicians will repair or replace all wiring and equipment to the outside entry point of your business at no cost to you. If a Sunflower Broadband service technician determines that there is a problem within the wiring inside of your business, he/she may be able to repair or replace that, too at reasonable rates. If the problems are in your data networking equipment Sunflower Broadband Customer Networking support is available at an additional cost. Business IT Support
