A: The Cable Transport fee is a $10.00 monthly charge which supports the maintenance of our network and plant.

Q: Who pays Cable Transport?

A: Video customers pay Cable Transport which is included in the price of our video services. Our primary service, which 94.7 percent of our customers subscribe to, is Video which is why it is bundled in the price. The 5.3 percent of customers who choose to subscribe to internet-only or telephone-only or Bronze Internet-telephone-only pay the Cable Transport charge of $10.00 per month. We do not charge a cable transport fee for customers who subscribe to multiple services if they choose Silver, Gold, or Palladium Internet with any level of telephone service or if they subscribe to any level of video with any level of another service. Lifeline Internet cutomers are not charged the Cable Transport or modem rental fees.
