Are apartments available to have this service?
Due to the method of cable wiring, there are some addresses in the area that are not serviceable. The cable modem needs to have certain signal parameters and with some apartment buildings, this has not proven to be possible. The see if your apartment is serviceable please call customer service at (785)841-2100 or (800)869-1214.
