Setting Up Outlook
Click Tools at the top of the window, and select Email Accounts from the drop-down menu.
Click the View or change existing accounts radio button and click Next.
Click the Add button.
Select the radio button labeled POP3 and click Next.
The information entered in the Your Name field will be used for the From field on all messages the subscriber sends out. The Incoming mail server should be [USERNAME].pop.sunflower.com and the Outgoing mail server should be smtp.sunflower.com. Do not select the check box labeled Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA). Click Next.
Click Finish to close the Accounts window.
