Setting Up Outlook Express
Click Tools at the top of the window, and select Accounts ... from the drop-down menu.
Click the Add button and select Mail.
In the field labeled Display Name enter your name as you wish it to appear in the “From” field on messages that you will send out.
In the field labeled E-Mail Address enter the e-mail address. Click Next.
Select POP3 from the drop-down menu labeled My incoming mail server is a ___ server. In the field labeled Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server:, enter the incoming mail server ([USERNAME].pop.sunflower.com). In the field labeled Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: enter smtp.sunflower.com. Click Next.
In the field labeled Account name enter the username. In the field labeled Password enter the password. Do not select the checkbox labeled Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
The following screen should show that the information has been successfully entered. Click Finish. Click Close in the Accounts window.
