Terms of Service
Payment
The customer agrees to pay the monthly fee, including any applicable taxes, as established by Sunflower Broadband. Sunflower Broadband may, at its discretion, adjust these charges from time to time. The customer agrees to pay Sunflower Broadband in accordance with the payment terms on the monthly invoice. Sunflower Broadband will terminate the service in the event of non-payment.
Equipment
Equipment provided to the customer by Sunflower Broadband remains the property of Sunflower Broadband unless the customer expressly purchases said equipment. The customer is responsible for condition of any Sunflower Broadband equipment provided. In the event the equipment is moved to another location the customer must notify Sunflower Broadband in advance so that Sunflower Broadband can correctly uninstall and reinstall the equipment. Failure to do so can result in disruption of service.
Acceptable Use
Sunflower Broadband provides access to worldwide network known as the "Internet." Sunflower Broadband also provides space on its servers for subscribers to post personal Web Pages. This space is intended for our customers to promote their families and interests. This space is not to be used for financial gain, for advertising, or for any commercial purpose. Sunflower Broadband has a separate rate structure and expanded service for businesses. The subscriber is responsible for using our services only for legal and appropriate purposes. Sunflower Broadband reserves the right to restrict service to anyone that is deemed to be intentionally or unintentionally adversely affecting Sunflower Broadband or the Sunflower Broadband system. Sunflower Broadband includes bandwidth usage for Bronze Residential Internet service up to 1GB per month, Silver up to 12GB per month, Premium Internet Service allows up to 28GB per month. Additional bandwidth usage beyond what is included in each level of internet is billed at $2.00 per gigabyte or customers may increase their included bandwidth in advance for $1.00 per gigabyte by adding in 10 gigabyte blocks of usage for $10.00each to their account.

Sunflower Broadband will exercise all reasonable care in providing its services, but it is not responsible for interrupted service due to power failures, equipment malfunctions, or acts of God. Sunflower Broadband is not responsible for subscriber's computer hardware and software or areas of the Internet not under their control. Sunflower Broadband does not warrant privacy, security, or efficiency of the Internet. Sunflower Broadband is not responsible for actions taken by its customers or others as a result of its services. Sunflower Broadband is not responsible for material any person (including household members of the subscriber) may receive or transmit via the Internet, or for anything bought or sold via the Internet, or for any other result of an action taken by anyone using its service.
Right to Terminate Service
Sunflower Broadband may, at its sole discretion, terminate service, notify the subscriber, and/or refund any fees on a pro-rata basis.
Updates and Amendments
The Customer agrees to all posted updates and amendments as a condition of service.
