The vendor who supplies our onscreen channel guide is making technical changes in how data is supplied to Sunflower, as well as many other video providers nationwide. Customers who have DVR recordings set for series programs on the channels listed below will be affected.
This change affects only subscribers who have Premiums and / or Digital Tiers.
As of Tuesday, July 20, series recordings on the channels listed below will need to be reset.
Any programs you may have saved will not be affected.
If you have a series recording on any of the channels listed below, please reset your series recordings.

- - STARZ InBlack

- - TMC XTRA
If you don’t have a series recording set on one of these channels, then you will not be affected.
