Pixelation (Tiling) Definitions:
Minor – Pixelation happens a single or multiple times but less than 30 seconds overall. There was not a significant loss of content and you were able to continue to watch program and follow the plot or action without much effort.
Annoying – Pixelation is happening repeatedly throughout a program or show. The pixelation is not so bad that you can not follow the plot, but is happening enough to make the show less enjoyable or challenging to watch.
Critical – Pixelation is occurring for several minutes at a time. Pixelation is so bad that it is impossible to watch the program and understand the content.
