Can you explain the charges on my first invoice?
Your first invoice from Sunflower Broadband may include partial charges, installation charges, regular charges billed one month in advance as well as any usage charges such as long distance, directory assistance or operator assistance. In addition, all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges will be included on your invoice.
Your first invoice may include:
Partial charges: Your first month of service will be prorated from the date of installation to the end of the current billing cycle. Depending on when you were installed, you will be billed for the first partial month as well as one month in advance of all of your normal, monthly recurring charges.
One-time Charges: These may include installation charges or any in-home wiring work that was completed by one of our technicians.
Usage Charges: Charges for directory assistance, operator services, long distance calls, International calls, 10-10-xxx calls, will appear on your invoice if you have used any of these services.
