I am unable to receive collect calls from a correctional facility. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service department at 785.841.2100 to verify that there is not a collect call block on your line. If there are no collect call blocks on your line, you will need to set up an account with the vendor that handles collect calls for the specific correctional facility you are trying to receive calls from. Contact the correctional facility to find out which company handles their outgoing calls.
