I have been installed with Sunflower Broadband Telephone service but I am still receiving bills from my old carrier
If you are still receiving invoices from your old provider, please note the following:

Check the billing dates to ensure that you are not being double billed for services.

Please note that you will be responsible for any charges due to your old provider up to the day your Sunflower Broadband services were installed.

If you chose to take a new telephone number with Sunflower Broadband, it is your responsibility to contact your old provider to disconnect service. We recommend that you do not do this until after your Sunflower Broadband service is installed in order to avoid any interruption in service.
