Q: What if I didn't accept the charges or don't remember doing anything that would have caused these charges to be billed to me?
A: Please fill out a dispute form and return to Sunflower Broadband. We will credit your account and return the charges to the 3rd party agency. The third party agency, by law, then has the right to conact you directly to collect the charges. you then have options to dispute the charges again directly with the billing agency.
