When I switch to Sunflower Broadband, do I need to contact my current long distance provider?
If you have elected to take Sunflower Broadband as your long distance carrier, please let our representative know who your current provider is. We will send notification to your provider to cancel your long distance service with them once your installation is complete.
If you are staying with your current long distance provider, we will contact them to let them know that we are your new local service provider and that we will be routing your long distance traffic to their office.
