Various companies have services that can be billed on your local telephone bill. Many of these services are sold through telemarketers or marketed on the Internet. Especially on Internet web sites, it is easy to unintentionally sign up for services (such as spam filters, message services and web hosting) without realizing that you will receive a monthly bill. We receive information from the billing company about the services and monthly charge. If you have these charges on your monthly bill, you are responsible for the payment of the charges unless you dispute them. We have numerous options on disputed charges, but you must contact us if you did not sign up for the miscellaneous services that are charged by other companies.
