Setting up your VoiceConnect service in a couple of easy steps:

Dial the access number from your home phone:

913.400.6000 in Bonner Springs and Kansas City

Change your security code (everyone is defaulted to 9999). Your personal security code should be a 4-7 digit number that is easy for you to remember.

Record your personal greeting

Record your user name
Note: You may set up your VoiceConnect mail box from a remote location by dialing the same access number from the list above. The system will ask for a mailbox number, use your 7 digit telephone number. You will then be instructed to "leave a message." During the message, press #, then follow the remaining instructions.
